We spent a few days in cabins on nearby Guemes Island. The occasion was the annual gathering of Ann's friends from high school. One takes a 7 minute ferry from Anacortes (Fidalgo Island) to get there. Boating, kayaking, crabbing and loafing were the featured activities. This was big fun!
